Arnel V. de Mesa, ang Enhanced Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty (EPAHP) CALABARZON Regional Memorandum of Understanding sa Calamba City, Laguna noong ika-7 ng Hunyo, 2022.
Kaisa ng DA-4A sa proyekto ang Philippine Carabao Center, Agricultural Training Institute, National Irrigation Administration, Department of Agrarian Reform, Department of Social Welfare and Development, National Dairy Authority, Department of the Interior and Local Government, Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, Department of Education, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Trade and Industry, Cooperative Development Authority, The Commission on Population and Development, at Department of Information and Communications Technology.
Layunin ng programa na isulong ang United Nations Sustainable Development Goals at makamit ang Ambisyon Natin 2040 sa pamamagitan ng pagbababa ng mga serbisyo na susuporta sa mga komunidad, hanap-buhay, at produksyon ng sapat na pagkain.
Ilan sa parteng gagampanan ng DA-4A ay ang pagbibigay ng agricultural and fishery inputs and services; capacity building and organizational strengthening assistance; assistance in the mobilization of resources for the production, processing, and postharvest facilities of agricultural produce; at assistance in accessing credit from microfinance and credit institutions.
