Engr. Arnel V. de Mesa of the Department of Agriculture Region IV CALABARZONRegional Executive Director (RED) happily announced a big news regarding a big jump of the region’s accomplishment compared from its previous performance.
“With more than 40% obligation and 100% disbursement in the first quarter of the year, I have nothing more to ask in terms of performance of my region,” so said RED de Mesa.
The announcement of the good news was made during the monthly Management Committee (ManCom) meeting held at Ciudad Christhia Resort, San Mateo, Rizal on March 21 – 22, 2018.
RED de Mesa further reiterated the need to continue the good work and promised to be more supportive in all its official undertakings.
