To ensure the smooth implementation of the preparation of the Solar Powered Fertigation System (SPFS) Project, the newly created team headed by Regional Executive Director of the Department of Agriculture Region IV CALABARZON, Engr. Arnel V. de Mesa conducted a meeting recently with some members of the team composing of Engr. Ariodear C. Rico, Executive Director of the Bureau of Agricultural and Fisheries Engineering, and Fernando D. Flores, OIC, Director of the DA –Project Development Service.
