June 10, 2020, Quezon City – Department of Agriculture (DA) CALABARZON holds a refresher course on the use of the Document Tracking System (DTS).
Designated encoders from each division/office of DA CALABARZON participated in the refresher course via video teleconferencing.
Facilitated by the Management Information System Unit, the refresher course aims to reinforce the encoders’ basic knowledge on the use of the system and its corresponding guidelines.
The DTS, an information system developed by the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, was adopted by the regional office in order to streamline a transparent, efficient mechanism to track the documents processed by the office.
Through the DTS, the regional office can immediately pinpoint and resolve potential document backlogs, as date stamps are displayed each time the document is received and acted upon.
