PHOTO RELEASE: PCAF and the volunteer-partners of Agricultute and Fisher Council (AFC) in CALABARZON recently conducted an exit conference at the Southern Tagalog Integrated Agricultural Research Center (STIARC), Lipa City, Batangas.
The conference, aimed to discuss the findings and recommendations on the projects monitored and evaluated, was a concluding activity done after the conduct of participatory monitoring and tracking (PMT).
It was attended by DA CALABARZON Regional Director Arnel V. de Mesa, RAFC Chairperson Pedrito R. Kalaw, PCAF-Monitoring and Evaluation Chief Cyril Soliaban, Regional Information Officer Patria Bulanhagui, Agricultural Program Coordinating Officers, and staff from PCAF.
