Department of Agriculture Region IV CALABARZON Regional Executive Director Arnel V. de Mesa joins Laguna’s annual grand festival “Anilag” held at the Festival Grounds of the Provincial Capitol Compound in Sta. Cruz, Laguna on March 10 – 17, 2018. Director de Mesa served as judge in the trade fair competition wherein 24 municipalities and six cities participated and which is part of the festival’s week-long activities reflecting the beauty, passion, and ingenuity of the Lagunenses.
