β€œThese interventions, especially the facilities, from DA will surely add great value to the produce of our farmers and will definitely help increase their production and income,” Mayor Boongaling said.

DA CALABARZON Regional Director Arnel V. de Mesa along with Quezon Provincial Governor Danilo E. Suarez, and 2nd District of Quezon Representative, Congressman David C. Suarez, led the distribution/awarding of agricultural interventions.

In his message, director de Mesa expressed his deep gratitude to all the farmers for continuing to produce foods for the Filipino people and continued growth in the agricultural sector despite the many challenges brough about by the COVID-19 pandemic, African swine fever, and typhoons, to name a few.

The 2nd district of Quezon is composed of municipalities of San Antonio, Tiaong, Sariaya, Candelaria, and Dolores; and city of Lucena.
