ICYMI: Luzon B Cluster composing of representatives from CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Region V attended a consultation on the IRR of newly enacted RA 11203 or Rice Tariffication and Liberalization law held at Southern Tagalog Integrated Agricultural Research Center (STIARC), Lipa City, Batangas on February 27,2019.
The public consultation is being conducted to make the people aware as to the effects of the law once it is implemented.
Leaders of rice farmer groups, local government units and DA attached agencies actively participated in the discussion. • JBGA
