In observance of the Farmers’ and Fisherfolks’ month this coming May, Regional Director Arnel V. de Mesa announces Regional Agricultural and Fishery Council (RAFC) Chairman Pedrito R. Kalaw as Farmer-Director of DA IV CALABARZON.
As Farmer-Director, the RAFC chairperson assumes the roles and tasks of DA-RFO Director in the implementation and dissemination of key programs of the department.
Kalaw will assist in routinary functions of RD de Mesa like attending to the clients’ concerns, presiding management committee meeting and administering semi-policy functions.
