In pursuit of ISO certification, the divisions chiefs and section heads of the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. IV-CALABARZON undergone another round of workshop on February 26-27, 2019 at the STIARC, Lipa City, Batangas.
The said workshop aims to enable the participants to understand and address the documented information to be maintained for its ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
Documented information is an information required to be controlled and maintained by an organization and the medium on which it is contained. In other words, this pertains to policies, procedures, guidelines, work instructions, specifications, references, and records.
Regional Director Arnel V. de Mesa encouraged all participants of the regional office to actively partake in the workshop. “At the end of the day, what we really are after is to deliver efficient, effective, and consistent services to our stakeholders” Regional Director de Mesa said.
For the workshop, QMS Consultant Romeo Ramirez facilitated the activity, shared his expertise and guided the participants in the documentation of their respective processes. • RFL
